Who am I?

I hit you, grab you, throw you down.
Insult you, criticize you, always "joking around."

Back off when you're strong, pounce when you're weak.
I appear to everyone as really quite meek.

Mean, ugly, hurtful and rude.
My behavior in private is really quite crude.

Don't punish me - you deserve it.
Don't tell anyone - you're just wrong.
Just suck it up, you like it - keep on keepin' on.
